The main activities of the Mega Chemicals Group lie in the management of an international pool for product / chemical tankers in respect of the financing and the ship operation of their own product / chemical tankers.

The Mega Chemicals Group is headed by Mega Chemicals AG, domiciled in Frauenfeld, Switzerland, which is the principal shareholder of all other Mega Chemicals subsidiaries. All other companies in the group have their registered offices in Uttwil, Switzerland.

Mega Chemicals International AG is responsible for the employment and commercial operation of currently eight product / chemical tankers, each with a deadweight tonnage of about 19,900 tdw.

Mega Chemicals Schiffahrt AG is responsible for technical ship operation, i. e. the technical and nautical management.
